These give a flavour of some of the ideas I share and the types of exercises that we’ll be doing. We’ll do more movement in future sessions building up from some simple start positions.
They are tailored for people who are anxious about exercising or who find some exercise classes too strong. The moves are small and subtle but are aimed at releasing tension in your body.
